Join us for an engaging session where Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) showcase their expertise in patient care through compelling case presentations highlighting the exceptional care and exemplary relationship-centered communication techniques utilized by APPs to individuals with cystic fibrosis (CF) across their lifespan. From diagnosis to treatment and ongoing management, these case presentations will illustrate the holistic approach taken by APPs to address the unique physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of each patient while fostering meaningful connections. Don't miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights and practical knowledge from APPs, as they share their expertise and dedication to enhancing the lives of individuals with cystic fibrosis through compassionate and comprehensive care. In addition to case presentations, APP research including ways to reduce burnout, support new APPs in their roles at CF centers, and track the important roles and work that APPs do will also be presented.
