Danielle Cantin, MSN, APRN,FNP-C is a Nurse Practioner at Dartmouth Health Children's in New Hampshire. After receiving her BSN from Saint Anselm College in 2007, she fell in love with taking care of children with severe and chronic illness including children with cancer and Cystic Fibrosis. Danielle was named Nurse of the Year by the NH Nurse's Association in 2010. She went on to earn her MSN from University of New Hampshire in 2012 and began her APP journey working in primary care at Concord Pediatrics. She transitioned to specialty care in Pediatric Gastroenterology at Dartmouth Health Children's in 2019 in order to focus on those with chronic GI conditions. Danielle joined the Cystic Fibrosis Team in 2021 focusing on the GI Manifestations of CF. In 2023 she applied and was awarded a LEAPP grant through the CF Foundation to with the goal to become a comprehensive Cystic Fibrosis Provider. She is mentored by Dr. Brian O'Sullivan and Dr. Julie Sanville and has enjoyed diving into the comprehensive care of children with Cystic Fibrosis. One of her greatest joys was working with the PFAC on "Move-a-Palooza", a one month challenge to get patients and their families moving through the winter months, while simultaneously learning about their disease. Danielle lives in Concord NH with her husband & two children, ages 9 & 11.
