This workshop aims to explore the changing demographics of people with cystic fibrosis (pwCF) who have advanced CF lung disease (ACFLD), to describe how highly effective modulator therapy (HEMT) impacts the ability to predict who with ACFLD will undergo lung transplant, to examine how HEMT may be used after lung transplant, and to discuss a post-transplant shared care model for pwCF.
