This session will highlight cutting edge gastrointestinal and hepatology-focused research in cystic fibrosis. The session will focus on common CF-related gastrointestinal and liver conditions, including research 1) elucidating potential mechanisms or therapies for gastrointestinal complications in individuals with cystic fibrosis or CFTR variants and 2) evaluating the effects of CFTR modulator therapy on gastrointestinal or liver complications of cystic fibrosis.
