This session is designed to address the core communication skills, successful interventions, and interactions that are crucial in your daily work as healthcare professionals. We will also discuss essential communication strategies like the PEP (Partnership Enhancement Program), which are directly applicable to your roles. Furthermore, we will provide information regarding motivational interviewing and tools associated with team communication and telehealth, which are increasingly relevant in today's healthcare settings.

  • Discuss and practice motivational interviewing skills.
