Erin Scallorn is a pediatric registered dietitian, certified diabetes care and education specialist, and eating disorder dietitian with 20 years of experience. For the past decade, she has been with Baylor Scott & White McLane Children's Specialty Clinic in Temple, Texas, where she provides dedicated support to children and families managing eating disorders, endocrine conditions, and cystic fibrosis.
Early in her career, Erin recognized the critical role of functional feeding behaviors in supporting families with chronic health conditions, leading her to adopt Ellyn Satter's Division of Responsibility in Feeding and Eating Competence Model as the foundation of her practice.
