HollyAnn R. Jacobs, PharmD (she/her/hers)

My name is HollyAnn Jacobs, I am clinical pulmonary pharmacist at the Univeristy of Utah Hospitals and Clinics. I work directly with the Adult Cystic Fibrosis Center and the Interstitial Lung Disease Center. I have been in my curreent posistion for almsot 8 years. Prior to this, I completed residency at Intermountain Healthcare- Primary Childrens Hospital. I graduated from Southern Ilinios Univeristy of Edwardsville, School of Pharmacy. I am a wife and mother, in my spare time you will find me with my family in the mountains or the red rock of southern Utah.
