Juliana Alba, PhD (she/her/hers)

Children's Health Dallas

Dr. Juliana Alba-Suarez is a Pediatric Psychologist in the Cystic Fibrosis/Pulmonary Medicine Department at Children's Medical Center in Dallas, TX. She earned her Ph.D. in School Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin in 2020 and completed her pre-doctoral internship in Pediatric/Child Clinical at the University of Louisville School of Medicine/Norton Children’s Hospital. Dr. Alba completed her post-doctoral fellowship in Pediatric Psychology at Children’s Medical Center. She joined Children’s Medical Center as the embedded psychologist with the CF/Pulmonary Medicine teams in 2021. She provides inpatient, outpatient, and consultative services for patients and families diagnosed with pulmonary conditions (e.g., Cystic Fibrosis, asthma, etc.). Dr. Alba is especially passionate about working with underserved youth and their families, with a particular focus on working with Spanish speaking families.
