Session is going to focus on the GI motility and ETI, colon cancer screening and the relationship of the CF metabolome to gastrointestinal endpoints following ETI

Learning Objectives:

  • Appreciate the physiologic variability of intestinal pH along the gastrointestinal tract and understand how cystic fibrosis impacts gastrointestinal pH and motility
  • To compare different options for screening for colon cancer in people with CF
  • The relationship of the CF metabolome to gastrointestinal endpoints following ETI
