The last decade has presided over continued improvements in health outcomes and witnessed incredible innovation in the care and treatment for people with Cystic Fibrosis. In the new era of highly effective modulator therapy, the cost of CF care has grown substantially. As innovations in therapeutics and models of care emerge, ensuring continued access to affordable care remains of utmost importance. This symposium will evaluate the current landscape of cost and access in the US and globally, highlight current advocacy and access efforts, examine innovations in CF care delivery models, and look to the future about how emerging therapeutics may impact the cost and access for people with CF.
