Chelsea Wagner, MS, CGC (she/her/hers)

BillionToOne

Chelsea Wagner, MS, CGC (she/her) is a certified and licensed genetic counselor serving as a Lead Genetic Counselor at BillionToOne. Chelsea graduated with a Master of Science (MS) degree in genetic counseling in 2017 from the MDAnderson Cancer Center UTHealth Graduate School of Biomedical Science located in Houston, Texas. In her dual clinical and industry role, she seamlessly blends seven years of clinical expertise from her experience in academia, education, and telemedicine with industry innovation. Chelsea has broad experience in prenatal, oncology, and pediatric medical genetics, but has always been most passionate about her work in the reproductive space. Chelsea works diligently to advance the field of genetic counseling through her service and leadership within NSGC. Her roles have included serving as a reproductive health expert for NSGC’s expert media panel, past Co-Chair of the NSGC's Prenatal Special Interest Group, and active participation in numerous advocacy efforts across state and national levels. Chelsea believes that healthcare must be compassionate, patient-focused, and equitable.
