She also advocated for the newly developed Complex Care Model at Social Justice Conferences through Brown University Campus Life. Angela has also lobbied on Capitol Hill supporting the inclusion of Respiratory Therapy in the Managed Care Act and maintains her Respiratory Therapy license. She is an active member of the local Massachusetts/Rhode Island CF Foundation Chapter and works locally to raise awareness and support patients living with CF.
