Chandler Swope, LICSW (she/her/hers)

Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

Chandler Swope, LICSW is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who has spent over a decade working with families impacted by rare diseases. Chandler is the Senior Manager of the Partnership Engagement Program at the CF Foundation and is a certified Partnership Engagement Program (PEP) facilitator. Prior to joining the CF Foundation in February 2021, she launched the first professional youth service for young people impacted by Huntington’s Disease. Prior to entering the rare disease space, Chandler worked with families experiencing trauma in a variety of settings. Chandler received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Howard University and her Master of Social Work degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
