In this session, we will explore how Compass can assist with insurance coverage challenges and collaborate closely with families and their care teams to resolve these issues. We will review common insurance coverage problems and emerging trends. Additionally, we will walk through a case manager’s approach to identifying and addressing these issues, highlighting key indicators that guide us to the root of the problem. We will also discuss real-life examples of coverage and reimbursement challenges that Compass has encountered. Finally, there will be an opportunity for Q&A.
