Washington University School of Medicine Adult Cystic Fibrosis Clinic
Jess Groshong RD, LD, is a registered dietitian in the Adult Cystic Fibrosis Clinic at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. Jess is passionate about helping patients improve quality of life through body positivity, digestive health, MNT for weight management, and CFRD. Jess has worked in her current CF care position since 2021 and manages 240 adult patients in the program. Jess previously worked as an impatient dietitian in an acute care setting, pre/post lung transplant, and oncology. Jess has earned her bachelor's degree from Southeast Missouri State Univeristy and her didactic intership at Illinois State University. Jess has moderated a fireside chat at NACFC ( North American Cystic Fibrosis Conference) in 2023 and participated in the CFF Nutrition mentoring program in 2022. Jess is working on her certification to be a diabetes educator to help provide better care to her patients.
