Dr. Rachel Eddy is a new Assistant Professor in the Departments of Radiology and Pediatrics, and an Investigator with the UBC Centre for Heart Lung Innovation and BC Children’s Hospital Research Institute. Dr. Eddy completed her Electrical and Biomedical Engineering undergraduate degree at McMaster University and PhD in Medical Biophysics at Western University. Dr. Eddy’s research is focused on developing and applying novel pulmonary imaging and data science tools to provide a deep understanding of chronic lung disease and novel inhalational lung exposures, as well as ways to use imaging to guide lung disease interventions.
