Angshita Dutta, MS, is a research scientist at the University of Washington Department of Pediatrics in Seattle. She completed her undergraduate degree in Microbiology and Human Rights at the University of Washington, before getting her master’s from Western Washington University in molecular and cellular biology. Currently, Angshita is researching gastrointestinal clinical outcomes in multicenter studies BEGIN and PROMISE in the laboratory of Dr. Lucas Hoffman. In her free time, she enjoys attending a wide variety of dance classes and is interested in attending medical school in the near future.
