Tate Neff is a PhD Candidate and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Iowa Department of Anatomy & Cell Biology, in the laboratory of Dr. Ling Yang. His studies center on a pancreatic micropeptide shown to enhance insulin secretion in the beta cell, and his current research seeks to elucidate the role of that peptide in CFRD.
