Feng Yuan, PhD

University of Iowa

I am Feng Yuan, an Assistant research scientist at the University of Iowa's John Engelhardt Laboratory. I am working on defining the genetic basis of airway epithelial cells and lineage hierarchies in epithelial tissues at single-cell resolution by utilizing gene visualization, single-cell live imaging, and single-cell RNA sequencing. My research majorly focuses on airway stem cells and transgenetic ferret models.
