Dr. Sanja Stanojevic is an Associate Professor in the Department of Community Health and Epidemiology at Dalhousie University. Dr. Stanojevic is a respiratory epidemiologist with expertise in methodologies to characterize the normal growth and development of the lungs and cystic fibrosis impacts lung growth. Her research applies novel statistical approaches to improve the interpretation of respiratory function tests, including the multiple breath washout test. As Chair of the Global Lung Function Initiative she has helped to standardize interpretation of lung function measurements She has worked with teams from around the world to harmonize CF Registry data and understand how differences in outcomes between countries can help inform interventions and policies.
