Vania Kasper, MD is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Clinical Educator at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and Hasbro Children’s Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island. She is the director of the Pediatric Cystic Fibrosis Center and a former recipient of the DIGEST (Developing Innovative GastroEnterology Specialty Training) grant. She is also the Medical Director for the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology and the Pediatric Medical Advisor for Adolescent Bariatric Surgery Program. She is actively involved in resident and fellow education and curriculum development. Dr. Kasper’s clinical interests include cystic fibrosis related liver disease, metabolic dysfunction associated steatotic liver disease and Fontan-associated liver disease.
