Alyssa Denning, MS, RDN

Phoenix Children's

Alyssa Denning, MS, RD, is the Adult Cystic Fibrosis Dietitian at Phoenix Children's Cystic Fibrosis Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to joining the adult CF team in 2021, Alyssa gained extensive experience in skilled nursing facilities as both a diet technician and a dietitian, accumulating over 5 years of experience in the field. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Dietetics from Arizona State University in Phoenix, Arizona. She continued her education at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, completing her didactic program and earning a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Metabolism. Alyssa is committed to expanding her expertise in cystic fibrosis nutrition, having participated in the CF Nutrition dietitian mentorship program as an apprentice. She is also passionate about furthering CF nutrition research and educating patients, empowering them with effective strategies for managing their nutritional requirements.
