Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
Jessica currently serves as the Senior Lead of Clinical Research Engagement & Equity at The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. In this role, she leads efforts to partner and engage with patient advocates, caregivers and thought leaders to understand the experiences and needs of the patient community and bring those patient perspectives into Cystic Fibrosis care and research. Jessica also leads efforts to improve diversity in community engagement and promote equity utilizing quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Prior to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Jessica has also lead research teams in areas such as behavioral health, infectious disease, and rare disease working to increase diversity in clinical trial recruitment including creating spaces to connect and educate local communities on study related topics and opportunities to participate in research. She holds a B.S in Biology from Spelman College, a M.S in Biophysics and Physiology from Georgetown University and an MPH from Mercer University. Jessica currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
