Denise Kwong, PharmD (she/her/hers)

Stanford Hospital

Denise Kwong, PharmD, BCPS, serves as the dedicated Adult Cystic Fibrosis Pharmacist at Stanford Hospital in California. Denise received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from UC San Diego Skaggs School of Pharmacy and completed her PGY1 Acute Care Residency at Stanford Hospital. With over ten years of inpatient experience in general medicine at an academic teaching center, Denise provides care to patients with Cystic Fibrosis in the ambulatory care setting, optimizing medication regimens to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
