Matthew Dartt is a full-time clinician and Assistant Director at the Respiratory Therapy Department of the University of California Los Angeles, Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy from the renowned University of Cincinnati, and is currently enrolled in an MBA program to further enhance his expertise in health care and leadership. With over 16 years of extensive clinical experience, Matthew has worked in a variety of challenging healthcare settings, including Operating Rooms, PICU's, ICU's, Emergency Department and in the Outpatient CF and Pulmonary Clinics at UCLA. He closely collaborates with the department of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine and department of Pediatric Pulmonology, displaying a keen interest in chronic disease management, quality control and research. Matthew plays a pivotal role in overseeing inpatient and ambulatory pulmonary operations, developing and implementing policies and competencies. This is his 12th NACFC.
