Miranda Bradley BS, RRT-NPS Respiratory Therapist at the Minnesota Cystic Fibrosis Center/ University of Minnesota completed her associate degree in Respiratory Care Practitioner from Chippewa Valley Technical College, Eau Claire, Wisconsin in 2007, and later her Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University, Saint Paul, Minnesota. Recently in 2022, Miranda completed a post-graduate certificate in Exercise Prescription from the University of Connecticut. Since 2007 Miranda worked in all acute areas of Respiratory Care at the University of Minnesota Medical Center and Masonic Children’s Hospital. She held roles as charge therapist, Neo-Peds transport coordinator, clinical simulation, NRP instructor, ECMO team, and inpatient CF care. In 2017 Miranda transitioned into the pediatric pulmonary outpatient clinic/ CF team role full time. Here Miranda developed a love and interest in chronic care/CF and coordination with families for long term goals. Her favorite part of the CF team is the dedication to quality care. For four years she shared RT roles in adult and pediatric CF clinics. Since 2021 she has been primarily focused in pediatric clinic. She participated in a number of center quality improvement projects including a NACFC poster “Improving the rate of Attendance for Quarterly CF Visits”, US RT Specialty Meeting 2019 in Nashville as panel guest, investigator led research team participant, CFF PEP program participant and most recently the 2023 CFF RT mentor program. Miranda maintains membership with the American Association of Respiratory Care and the National Board of Respiratory Care. Miranda has interest in transitions, effective individualized airway clearance plans, exercise as airway clearance, research, and health literacy.
