Kevin Lonabaugh, PharmD, BCACP, BCPPS, is an ambulatory clinical pharmacist in both the pediatric and adult cystic fibrosis centers at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. Originally from New Jersey, Kevin completed his bachelor's degree at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA before completing his pharmacy degree at Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA. He then went on to complete a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at UVA Health and a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency with the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy. Kevin returned to UVA in 2017 first as a member of the pediatric pharmacy team before transitioning to a role with UVA Specialty Pharmacy in the fall of 2022 to allow him to practice in both the pediatric and adult CF centers. His clinical interests include patient education and optimizing the transition from pediatric to adult care.
