University of Minnesota Adult Cystic Fibrosis Center
Tara Griffin MS, RDN, LD, CACFD has been a practicing registered dietitian for 16 years. Tara has spent the majority of her career practicing in Minnesota at the Adult Cystic Fibrosis Center at the University of Minnesota. Tara works exclusively with people with CF and those undergoing lung transplantation in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Tara obtained a Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Memphis and her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She is a current member of the Academy of Nutrition as well as the current vice chair of the Cystic Fibrosis Nutrition subgroup of the Medical Nutrition Therapy Dietetic Practice Group. In her spare time Tara enjoys cooking, travel and outdoor activities with her husband and 2 children.
