Jenelle is a Registered Respiratory Therapist/Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist with Primary Children's Hospital's PFT Lab and Cystic Fibrosis Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has been a respiratory therapist since 2009, graduating with her Bachelor of Science from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. Prior to taking this pediatric role three years ago (her dream job!) she worked in adult critical care and newborn care at Intermountain Health Layton Hospital. The first several years of her career she cared for adult patients with CF during their inpatient stays at University of Utah Health Care. She is passionate about empowering patients and their families through education. Jenelle is highly involved in the pediatric CF and pulmonology clinic, serving on the Quality Improvement team, Clinical Informatics Shared Leader Peds Specialties team, and is working with PCD study program. Jenelle has previously presented at NACFC 2023 and the Utah Society for Respiratory Care Conference 2024. When she is not at work being her patients' biggest cheerleader, she can be found enjoying Utah's amazing outdoors with her husband, son, and daughter.
