This session will highlight ongoing efforts to incorporate remote patient monitoring into the CF care model, using a quality improvement framework. Presenters will share experiences from multi-center projects studying telehealth, home spirometry, remote sputum collection and remote social needs screenings.

Learning Objectives:

  • Describe ongoing efforts to increase opportunities for remote patient monitoring within CF centers
  • Identify barriers and facilitators to employing different methods of remote data collection and monitoring
  • Propose future directions for incorporating remote monitoring into routine CF care
