The session will look into the use of modulator therapy in special populations where data and dosing strategies are limited. Abstracts include assessing dose guidance in patients with hepatic disease or damage using pharmacokinetic modeling and provider surveys. Will also explore modulator use in pregnancy and postnatal care as well as modulator kinetics with significant drug interactions. The session will also include and abstract reviewing the impact of patients being required to use multiple pharmacies on medication access.
